Beautiful 19th century sterling silver (stamped) and sparkling purple amethyst paste riviere bracelet. The bracelet consists of linked individual panels each containing a faceted oval stone claw set on the bezel in an open backed sterling silver setting. The bracelet has a length of 7.5 inches and fastens with a secure push-in box clasp hidden behind the last panel. The clasp is stamped 'STERLING' on its reverse and there are safety chains for added security, fastening with a spring ring clasp. The bracelet is in very good vintage condition. It is sold in the antique, hinged presentation box that is pictured.
